Therapeutic Art for teens using a variety of mediums
Service Description
Art helps fill the spaces where words don't always fit and these sessions focus on the process and not the finished product. Gently guided art making exploring mediums from collage and painting to clay work and more, to work through thoughts and feelings, calm the nervous system, and connect with your innate creativity. All materials are included and you are also welcome to bring your own (as long as they don't emit any fumes or fragrances, for the comfort of the group.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a R250 cancellation fee.
